Schoolletics™ Support
For help with Schoolletics, email the primary support contact at admin@schoolletics.com. The backup support contact is Candice Drenning at candice@schoolletics.com. Support is staffed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Schoolletics does not currently promise 24/7 support.
What to include
Include your name, school or organization, your role, the page or feature involved, the approximate time, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots may help, but remove student records and other sensitive information unless support specifically provides an approved secure method.
Never email passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, full payment-card or bank details, medical or custody records, or private document links. Schoolletics support will never ask for your password.
Account access
Use password recovery for a forgotten password. For a suspected compromise, email the primary support contact with the subject “Urgent account security” and contact your school administrator. Candice Drenning is the backup escalation contact. Support may verify identity and organization authority before changing access. During staffed hours, Schoolletics reviews reported compromise, verifies account and organization authority using existing account and school records, and coordinates the smallest necessary access change with the school. Schoolletics may revoke supported active sessions or devices. If identity or authority cannot be verified, no access change is made.
Privacy and student records
Use the authenticated app controls for data export or account deletion when available, or email the primary privacy contact at admin@schoolletics.com. Candice Drenning at candice@schoolletics.com is the backup privacy contact. A school may need to handle requests involving school-controlled student records. Requests are logged with the received date, requester contact, identity or authority verification, school handoff when applicable, action taken, and completion or hold notice. School-controlled student-record requests go to the authorized school contact. Schoolletics does not ask for passwords or one-time codes. A disputed result may be resubmitted to the same address for a new logged review.
Payments
For a question about a school fee, refund, cash/check record, or eligibility consequence, contact the school that assigned the fee. Do not send payment-card or bank details to Schoolletics. For a technical checkout or receipt problem, email the primary support contact with the school, amount, date, and Schoolletics reference if shown; Candice Drenning is the backup escalation contact. At initial publication, online checkout, refund, dispute, payout, and negative-balance support are unavailable because live payments are disabled. Contact the school about fees and approved manual records, and do not email card or bank information. This section will be updated before online payment processing is enabled.
Safety and urgent concerns
Schoolletics is not an emergency service. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Report suspected abuse, exploitation, threats, or other safeguarding concerns through the school’s required process and to authorities when required. The primary Schoolletics escalation contact is admin@schoolletics.com, with Candice Drenning as backup at candice@schoolletics.com. An in-app or support report does not replace mandatory reporting. The Schoolletics mailbox is monitored only during the stated staffed hours. Outside those hours, or for immediate danger, use emergency services and the school's required safeguarding or mandatory-reporting channel. Schoolletics preserves only the limited records reasonably relevant to a report and restricts them to authorized incident responders; it does not replace a school or authority investigation.
Service incidents and accessibility
For a widespread outage, security concern, or accessibility barrier, contact admin@schoolletics.com; Candice Drenning is the backup escalation contact. For an accessibility barrier, include the device, browser or app version, assistive technology, and the task you could not complete.
Schoolletics targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable Apple accessibility best practices and prioritizes reported barriers. This is a product target, not a claim of formal certification or complete conformance. Any formal conformance statement will follow appropriate human audits and physical-device testing.
After confirming a material security incident, Schoolletics will notify affected schools without unreasonable delay, provide known scope and recommended actions as information becomes available, preserve relevant evidence, and make legally required notifications within applicable deadlines. Individual users will receive direct notice when required by law or when the applicable school authorizes or directs it for school-controlled information. Schoolletics classifies a confirmed incident by scope and severity, limits and records the evidence retained, and disables the smallest affected feature when practical. Verified status is coordinated with affected schools through the monitored support addresses; there is no public status page at launch. Timelines depend on the facts and applicable requirements, and status updates do not include student or other sensitive content.
Response expectations
Schoolletics aims to acknowledge routine requests within one business day. During staffed hours, Schoolletics aims to acknowledge account-security reports, service outages, accessibility barriers, payment incidents, and safeguarding reports within four staffed hours. These are acknowledgement targets, not guaranteed resolution times. Emergencies must be directed to local emergency services and the school’s required emergency or safeguarding contacts.
