Adoption
Are the participating staff, athletes, and families using the agreed workflow?
A founding pilot gives your school a structured way to test Schoolletics with two programs, guided setup, staff training, and agreed success measures. The conversion price is disclosed before the pilot begins.
The pilot is designed for schools with a specific coordination problem and a decision-maker committed to reviewing the results.
Are the participating staff, athletes, and families using the agreed workflow?
Can each role find upcoming events, responses, attendance context, updates, and responsibilities?
Does the pilot reduce duplicate updates, manual reconciliation, or avoidable follow-up for staff?
The owner-approved V1 target is broader than a school-specific pilot. The written pilot plan names the roles, records, workflows and providers currently approved for activation.
Payments, electronic signatures, chat, media, weather, band operations, push delivery, and every other full V1 workflow activate only after their provider, policy, authorization, privacy, finance, accessibility, and acceptance gates pass. A smaller pilot activation does not remove them from the V1 product target.
Tell us the two programs and the coordination problem you want the pilot to prove.
