Schoolletics™
School activities, connected

One place to coordinate the people behind the program.

Schoolletics is being built as a role-based operating layer for athletics, band, and the people who support them. A founding pilot activates only the roles, programs, records, and workflows that pass its written readiness gate.

A shared operating model

Keep the program flexible without losing school oversight.

The product is designed to respect different responsibilities while keeping authorized staff connected to the same underlying season.

01

Program leaders

Coordinate schedules, membership context, attendance, announcements, and assignments for participating programs.

02

Students

See relevant program events, instructions, updates, and responsibilities from a focused view.

03

Families

See connected children and supported programs from the same account, with each student's next items visible.

Scope before software

Define what the pilot must prove.

Activity programs can differ significantly. Schoolletics uses a written rollout plan so the initial implementation does not depend on unverified capabilities.

  • Name the participating programs and authorized staff.
  • Document current schedule, attendance, announcement, and family handoffs.
  • Choose measures such as response time, attendance visibility, and fewer duplicate updates.
  • Expand only after the initial workflow is accepted.
Program activation is confirmed during pilot planning.

Band, volunteer, payment, signature, chat, and media workflows remain in the full V1 target. Each is enabled for a school only after its implementation, provider, policy, authorization, privacy, finance, accessibility, and acceptance gates pass.

Tell us where coordination breaks down.

We will use your real program structure to determine whether the current pilot scope is a fit.
